Zoe Rawson, Senior Market Research Consultant
Zoe is our Senior Consultant within the Market Intelligence team. Her aim is to provide a comprehensive market intelligence service to help inform policy and strategy decisions within the tourism industry.
She has seven years experience working in market research and marketing evaluation and has project managed research and analysis studies from conception to completion, ensuring best practice in methodologies and quality of analysis and reporting.

Mark McGill, Market Research Executive
Mark specialises in the moderation of focus groups, consumer profiling and marketing strategy.
He has previously worked in both the public and private sectors carrying out a number of successful market research projects, including a two year project for the highly respected Bradford University School of Management. Mark has a Masters Degree and Marketing (Honours) Degree as well as a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Studies.

Carol Finlayson, Market Research Executive
Carol is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques and also specialises in economic impact analysis and feasibility assessments.
Before joining us, Carol worked in consumer behaviour analysis and qualitative one-on-one research. She has a first class degree in Psychology from the University of York.

Durak Hoda, Research Assistant
Durak is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in International Tourism Management at Leeds Metropolitan University and has completed an AVCE in Travel and Tourism and an advanced BTEC National Certificate in Travel and Tourism. Prior to joining the Market Intelligence team at YTB, Durak spent a year on placement in the Travel Specialist Agency in Dewsbury College. Durak is responsible for the administration of all our regional industry surveys and reports results to participants, local authority tourism officers and partners.
