We have extensive experience of carrying out conversion research into domestic and international campaigns for local authorities and tourism marketing partnerships.
Typically, visitors are asked to complete a questionnaire asking if they were influenced by a particular marketing campaign, and how much additional money they spent as a result. The overall return on marketing investment can then be calculated.
The questionnaire can also include additional questions to find out extra information such as levels of satisfaction, demographics, and spending patterns.
This information, often combined with consumer profiling and visitor satisfaction surveys, can then be used to help plan future marketing campaigns.
